Online ASL Dictionary and Inflection Guide
dig.jpgGeoff Poor, a professor at NTID, came up with the wonderful project of putting together a "better" dictionary for sign language. Because of the vivid gestural nature of sign language, intonation and inflection is very often necessary to be viewed, and cannot be well understood from within an image dictionary. My task was to program the site using Flash so that the program could be accessed across the internet.
Attention Deficit Scales for Adults (Sign Language Version)
adsa.jpgA group of researchers working with ADHD adults with hearing loss decided to have us remake an existing product, but gear it towards the hearing loss group. The result is a Flash desktop application, using Adobe AIR, that clinicians can purchase and use to better test their adult patients with.
Educational Design Resources
edrEducational Design Resources, a producer of educational tools for faculty and staff at RIT/NTID, requested that I look into updating their site. Not only did I achieve this, but I have been upgrading it with internal plugins as well, so that information within the department can be more streamlined throughout the office.

Duteau' Shaolin Kung Fu Wu Su Academy
kungfuThe Kung Fu class at RIT needed an update to the aging website, and I was asked to complete this task. The entire site was facelifted, given a new layout, and filled with updated content. Students can now peruse through accurate, constantly updated information about the kung fu program at RIT.
